Appointments

  • We accept walk-ins, however, we encourage you to book an appointment to receive your preferred time. To schedule a time, please book online or simply call us. A major credit card is required in order to confirm/hold your reservation.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are possible up until 12-hours before your appointment. Clients that miss their reservation or cancel without 12-hour notification will be charged 50% of the cost of their service.

Late Policy

  • We strive to ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit to Unwind therefore it’s important that treatments start at their scheduled appointment time. In order to maintain our schedule throughout the day, we are not able to guarantee the full appointment duration for clients that arrive late.

Arrival

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin to decompress and to ensure a timely commencement. To maintain the spa experience, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival.

Attire

  • Please undress to your level of comfort. All of our staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are used for your privacy and comfort.

Gift Certificates

  • Please present your valid gift certificate number at checkout, after your treatment(s). Kindly understand that a credit card on file is required only to reserve an appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy. You can always use a valid gift certificate or another payment method at checkout.

Age Requirements

  • Clients seventeen years of age and younger are permitted for treatments only with the written consent of their parent or guardian. Clients under sixteen years of age must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room with them at all times. No one under thirteen years of age is permitted at Unwind Wellness.
