To our devoted community of friends, clients and staff,


Your health and wellness are our highest priority. To ensure the safety of our staff, clients and community, we have implemented the following protocols that exceed DC Health guidance for personal services establishments.

All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit a verified exemption.


Staff are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including N95, KN95, KF94 or ASTM Level 3 masks while performing treatments.


Clients are encouraged to wear face coverings while in common areas of the spa and during treatments, as needed. Our front desk staff will be happy to provide complimentary face masks to clients that do not have one.


Touchless hand sanitizing dispensers have been placed in high-touch areas throughout the spa. 


Clients that feel unwell or develop Covid/Cold/Influenza symptoms within 12 hours of an appointment will have their cancellation charge waived, as the health of our clients and staff is our priority.


Sanitizer stations with EPA-approved disinfectant and hand sanitizer are in all treatment rooms and throughout the spa. Our sanitizer stations are equipped with disinfecting and sanitizing products that are EPA-approved for use against the COVID-19 virus.


Unwind is professionally cleaned daily. Linens, wraps and towels are professionally cleaned after a single use. 


Air purifiers are in all treatment rooms and other areas in the spa. We use only medical grade H13 HEPA air purifiers that remove 99.97% of particles down to 0.1 microns. Our medical grade air purifiers clean 250 ft² in just 15 minutes.


We thoroughly sanitize treatment rooms between appointments and always have fresh linens for every client.


Tea and water are always available upon request.


Contactless check-in, check-out and payments are carried out whenever possible.
