All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit a verified exemption.
Clients may wear face coverings during treatments and while in common areas of the spa. Our front desk staff are happy to provide complimentary face masks to clients that do not have one.
Clients that feel unwell or develop cold/Influenza/Covid symptoms within 12 hours of an appointment will have their cancellation charge waived, as the health of our clients and staff is our priority.
Sanitizer stations equipped with disinfecting and sanitizing products are in all treatment rooms and throughout the spa.
Unwind is professionally cleaned daily. Linens, wraps and towels are professionally cleaned after a single use.
We sanitize treatment rooms between every appointment and always use fresh linens for every client.
Tea and water are always available upon request.
