My boyfriend and I wanted to do a couple's massage and after many yelp searches and googling, I came across Unwind in Adams Morgan. Very easy on-line booking and ample time options to accommodate busy schedules. Great experience from the moment you walk in, low lighting, very serene.   There was little or no check-in or waiting time. We were brought to the massage room immediately which was very well done, spacious and peaceful. Absolutely loved the décor and aesthetic. The therapist asked what areas needed focus and immediately she targets those muscle groups and follows my requests with confidence and consideration. It was a very relaxing and needed massage, a wonderful and very professional experience. Definitely looking forward in going again!

I was in town visiting and desperately needed a massage. I found Unwind on Yelp and made an appointment. Shortly after I arrived they told me my therapist was unable to come in and they asked if I would mind another therapist.  At first I was mildly perturbed because the massage was not starting on time. About ten minutes later Daniel arrived and we preceded with the massage. He was extremely professional and apologetic that I had to wait. He explained they called him from home to come give my massage. The massage was amazing and it made me completely forget the late start. He is very talented and attentive. I highly recommend him.

As I checked out, I truly had forgotten about the delay and the change of therapists. The lady at the counter, who was very apologetic and helpful told me she discounted my rate because of the change in therapist and the delay. I thanked her and left.

My experience was amazing and I planned on writing a good review. About ten minutes after leaving I received a phone call from the lady at the front counter. She again apologized for the inconvenience. She said she told her boss and he was unhappy with the discount and wanted her to give me a bigger discount.

I applaud the customer service and professionalism of the spa. You have an amazing location, incredible therapists, and you nail customer service.

I've never gotten a massage before and saw good reviews on Unwind Wellness Center, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I purchased a 30 minute Unwind Signature Massage and thoroughly enjoyed the massage. The front desk worker was kind and prompt, and the facilities were clean. My masseuse was responsive when I told her the massage was too hard and very kindly avoided areas where I was ticklish. I'd definitely come back and recommend the location to my friends!

Beautiful and relaxing spa in the heart of Georgetown. I've tried a few different masseuses and by far Jewel has been the best! She is really consistent with the quality of massage, listens to your needs (places to focus on, problems areas etc), and is incredibly professional. I've only had massages here and can't wait to try more services.

I cannot wait to come back!! I am always unsure about trying out new spas, but this did not disappoint, it was perfectly clean, relaxing, and professional. My boyfriend and I booked a couple massages for Valentine's Day and had a great experience. We were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk who offered us water or tea. We waited on a very comfortable couch in the waiting area before being led into our room, it was beautifully decorated with a chandelier and artwork and dark drapes. The bed and linens were extremely soft and the heated bed was an awesome touch. Our masseuses were awesome - I could tell they definitely helped get the knots out of my back, i even fell asleep toward the end it was so relaxing!!

After the massage was over, we were offered water and chocolates to take with us which I thought was very nice. I will absolutely recommend this spa to others. I can't wait to book my next treatment!

Unwind Wellness is phenomenal. The quiet atmosphere, combined with friendly and professional staff make it a phenomenal option for all. My girlfriend and I have gotten two couples massages here and on both occasions we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. If you are looking for a massage, don't look anywhere else.
