I am pleased by their level of customer service - you don't get that with many places in DC - and it further contributes to the positive impressions I had of Unwind from my first visits.

Greatest spot in DC for sure! I love everything about this place. The place is cozy and calming, the staff is very friendly, the therapists are extremely professional and they do a great job. I got my parents a couples massage for their anniversary and they were delighted. Very much recommend this spa

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage here at Unwind Adams Morgan! Paul did an amazing job caring for me with the proper amount pressure and being mindful of my 14 week old baby bump. I was so relaxed, I'm pretty sure I started drooling at some point and didn't even bother to get it. My boyfriend was snoring a bit so it's safe to say he enjoyed his massage as well. I really appreciate Paul's strong gentleness on my focus areas; neck, shoulders and feet. The small parlor is well cleaned and smells great! And the Receptionist was extremely welcoming! I will be back to book with Paul again for sure.

Just magical. Got a couple's massage for my husband as a gift. It was his first massage ever and Marco did a fantastic job. They even offered us a glass of champagne after the massage to celebrate his birthday. It's the small touches that made it special. The facility was feminine and clean. They didn't rush us, it was a top notch experience. We will be back!

The massage was excellent!  Marion asked a couple of times about the amount of pressure she was using, which I appreciated.  I would absolutely recommend Unwind to anyone in DC who wants a massage!

Super serene and great service. My masseuse was very attentive to my problem areas, she even got knots out that I didn't even know I had. The lobby and rooms were very clean and well kept. I got a couples massage, it was a last minute late Valentine's Day gift to my fiancé and it couldn't have gone any better. UPDATE * Always tell the masseuse when the pressure is too much, a few hours later he had large bruising on his back.*
