I've gone to see Max 3 times in the last year and he is exceptional. Always asks what's bothering me so he can address it, and I leave feeling relaxed and unwound. Highly recommend the 90 minute signature unwind massage (60 is never quite enough time)! Thank you Max!

My fiancé and I came here before our wedding to relax before the big day. The stuff was friendly. The massage was AMAZING, and it really helped my fiancé chill his wedding day jitters. To top it all off they had cupcakes and bubbly for us afterward for our occasion! Highly recommend.

First time at Unwind and it was exceptional. My girlfriend and I did the couples massage and we were both very impressed. The customer service was excellent. They offered champagne, different kinds of hot tea, and water. In addition, the staff was polite and they constantly checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. They definitely made us feel welcomed.

As far as the massage, I told them to focus on my mid to upper back and my legs and they performed techniques to really release the tightness in those areas. I walked out feeling amazing and helped with my recovery after a long week at work and at the gym. I have had a few deep tissue massages before. However, I feel like this has been the best one I've had. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love this place!! This is NOT Massage Envy or that Red Door mess because Im not a fan of either of those establishments. I love Unwind so much because they catered to my needs with a very professional approach! The whole team was very informative and nice. I enjoyed my detox/seaweed scrub which was invigorating. Also I had the lymphatic drainage massage and that was amazing as well. I will definitely be going back to get pampered again. Oh! Most importantly I lost 3 pounds after my detoxing scrub

Allow me tell you a story so please read all the way to the end!!

A few months ago, I came to this spa and I had a 90 minute massage and a facial. You walk in and you're instantly in relaxation mode and taken my the beautiful decor. I was given a glass of champagne and it was just lovely. The massage therapist (whom I don't want to name) did both services for me. I work from home and am on my computer so needless to say my neck, shoulders and upper back are always tight.  The therapist and I simply did not connect. She wasn't able to understand what my needs were and I had a bad experience with her. I came to this spa looking for relief and sadly I didn't find it.

Being a small business owner myself, I didn't have the heart to ruin the 5 stars that this spa had received. The spa and rooms were absolutely beautiful and they clearly understand what it means for their clients to want to relax all those great reviews. I emailed the owner and told him about my experience. The receptionist set up a time for us to chat and I shared my experience with him. Antonio was absolutely amazing. He listened to me, didn't question anything and was like "don't worry, your next appointment is on me."  I thought how nice. He totally gets customer service.

I called Antonio last week and said I would love to take him up on the facial and massage. He set it all up for me. I went in over the weekend and had the absolute best facial with Ebony and I had a massage with Masha. They both were AHMAZING! After my massage, I opened my door to leave and Antonio was there with a glass of champagne for me. He was so sweet AND he even gifted me 2 cupcakes from next door (Baked and Wired). I thought wow, so many businesses out there could learn from him about what customer services mean.

If you want to relax, unwind and be treated special, this is the massage spa for you. I'm thankful that Antonio cared enough to make it right for me. I will absolutely be going back to this spa and would happily recommend them to anyone!!!

We had a fantastic experience here, and it lived up to everything I had heard about and was hoping for! Antonio went above and beyond to make our first visit special; for my boyfriend's birthday, his staff bought a cupcake and we were served champagne (with a bottle to take home) when we arrived. The massages themselves were great and I liked that the masseuses regularly checked in about pressure, etc. Overall, the building and decor is beautiful and what you would hope for in a Georgetown location.
