I haven't even been in for my appointment yet, but their customer service thus far has been kind and helpful. When scheduling my appointment online, I accidentally scheduled it for the next day instead of in 2 weeks. I am out of town, so I obviously did not show up for the appointment and so, following their fair cancellation policy, I was charged. I called Unwind and explained what happened, and they refunded me (which they did not have to do), and they also helped me to reschedule the appointment for the correct date. All of this took place via phone and email and was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in any field!

Me and my girlfriend are visiting from the UK and booked a couples massage here for Valentine's Day after reading some great reviews. What an amazing experience it was, calming, relaxing and professional. We have had many massages back in Europe and this was by far one of the best places we've been to. The couples massage room is a wonderful space and we were made to feel very welcome from the minute we walked in and met our therapists, they individualised the treatments to our needs and worked out the tensions held in our upper backs. They ask what pressure we would like and got it spot on, I asked for strong and I wasn't disappointed. The knowledge of anatomy and physiology was second to none and we both came away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Even received a free glass of champagne before leaving! If you're visiting D.C. or live here, definitely visit, you won't be disappointed!

Always phenomenal and professional service. I received a deep tissue massage today from Louis.  He was very skilled and attentive, making sure I was fine throughout the hour session. My shoulder and neck feel so much better too. Over the last year I have gone to Irena and Marco too for massages, and both were fantastic masseuses!

Best massage in a decade. Amazing. Armando was my therapist and I recommend him 200%. Will be back monthly for sure.

After lots of driving lately, I was in desperate need of a good massage.  Unwind to the rescue!  Marco is awesome.  I went to Marion once before, and she was great, too--I would go back to either of them in a heartbeat (and plan to!).  The space is lovely and peaceful, and they usually have same-day appointments available.  Can't wait to go back soon.
